We have recently started to grow into the grocery sales channel and can now be found in stores like The Fresh Market, Mariano’s, and Fresh Thyme.

Current openings are full-time positions (seasonal and/or permanent) on the first shift (7AM-3:30PM), with pay starting at $16.25/hour, Paid Time Off and healthcare benefits available. Preference given to candidate with some weekend availability.

Responsibilities and Duties: Joining our team means you will be trained in a variety of areas of spice manufacturing and distribution including (but not limited to):

• Order picking, packing and shipping using an electronic handheld device
• Performing quality control checks
• Conducting cycle counts and inventory moves using an electronic handheld device
• Packaging and labelling spices & blends into bags & jars
• Understanding of the day-to-day manufacturing warehouse operations regarding logistics, systems and processes in order to meet demand and maintain strict safety standards.

• You enjoy working on your feet in a fast-paced environment and you are able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• You’re excited about beating goals and have a strong attention to detail in order to deliver happiness to our customers!
• You are self-motivated and maintain a clean work environment at all times
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• You take initiative and are always looking to improve processes.
• You demonstrate a professional and positive demeanor in all situations.
• Ability to follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• An enjoyment of food & flavor is a plus!

Reports To: Fulfillment Supervisor
Classification : Hourly, non-exempt
Essential Functions of the Job : While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to read, count and write accurately in English. Must be able to climb ladders, work standing for extended periods of time and move items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. All employees in this position must be at their assigned stations at the start of their scheduled shift.
