Job Summary:
Cleanbee Property Services is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians at our East Butler, Pennsylvania location. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service through maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our clients. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in commercial and residential properties.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas in commercial and residential properties.
- Empty trash and replace trash bags.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns or requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and request for replenishment as needed.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
