You Are: A PaaS Integration transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You are a passionate and skilled individual with experience in technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. The Work: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members on PaaS best practices, architecture patterns, and development methodologies. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technically feasible solutions. Develop and implement technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and operations manuals. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices. Monitor and optimize the performance of PaaS applications and resolve any performance issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle PaaS technologies and trends through continuous learning and participation in technical communities. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. What You Need: Minimum of 3 years Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)/Integration Cloud Service (ICS) implementation experience. Minimum of 1 full lifecycle Oracle SaaS Cloud implementation as a technical/Development lead. Prior experience with hands-on experience of integrating with Oracle ERP SaaS application. Knowledge of embedding oracle extensions into the Oracle SaaS Application with SSO configurations. Prior Implementation experience with Oracle SaaS APIs, connection adapters etc. Bonus Points If: Certification in either OIC (Oracle Implementation Certification) or OCI. Additional OCI, ATP and other PaaS experience. You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key integration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
