Oversee the day-to-day management of the NICU, ensuring top-quality patient care.
Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds , including ventilator and nutrition management, lab reviews, and family meetings.
Coordinate and manage patient transports for appropriate gestational ages within our Level 3 NICU.
A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care .
A team-oriented, collaborative approach to patient care.
Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
