We are seeking a skilled MiG Welder to join our dynamic team on the second shift at our facility located in Greensboro, NC, 27406. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of welding setups, and can effectively read blueprints to ensure high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform MiG welding setups for production runs, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Execute welding tasks with precision and attention to detail to meet production deadlines.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MiG Welder, preferably in a production setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding setups and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
