Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and identify trends to inform and aid Merchandising business decisions through sales, inventory, current market and customer data.

  • Develop and manage tools supporting business rhythm and measuring product performance.

  • Support vendor management by maintaining shared dashboards, monitoring vendor-related news and organizing content for vendor meetings.

  • Organize, summarize and visualize data into meaningful insights that inform Merchandising plans and initiatives.

  • Collaborate across other departments on pricing, inventory management, new products and sales initiatives to improve Merchandising operational results.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations Management or Finance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with relentless attention to detail.
