Job Description: Support Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Support Designer to join a leading midstream oil & gas company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in drafting P&IDs, detailing piping, structural, or vessel drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed P&ID, piping, and structural drawings for natural gas compression packages and related equipment.
• Support design teams by delivering accurate and high-quality technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design specifications and requirements are met.
• Assist in the preparation of project deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Utilize CAD software tools, including Cadworx , AutoCAD , and SolidWorks , to produce and modify design drawings.
• Manage project files and documentation through Vault to maintain version control and organization.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in drafting and design within the oil & gas industry.
• Solid knowledge of reciprocating natural gas compression packages .
• Proficiency in Cadworx , AutoCAD , SolidWorks , and Vault for design and file management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a midstream oil & gas environment is a plus.
