Montage Marketing Group wants you. Montage is looking for a Marketing Copywriter with strong writing skills to join our growing team. Qualified candidates will have the experience and attention to detail needed to create compelling copy across a variety of media and support communication and marketing campaigns for diverse clients and communities.
This is a full-time, exempt position working a hybrid schedule at Montage's McLean, VA and Rockville, MD offices, and the employee's home office. The anticipated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.

About the Role We are seeking a talented Marketing Copywriter to join our team and help us create engaging and persuasive content that effectively communicates both agency and client brand messages and drives customer engagement. As a key member of the Marketing Communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping the voice and tone of our communications across various channels.
Qualifications - 3+ years of demonstrated writing experience in a similar role or field.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, or similar field preferred.
- Agency and/or government contracting work experience preferred.
Responsibilities, Knowledge, and Skills - Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for a variety of marketing and communications products including brand material, digital and social content, printed material inclusive of advertising copy, earned media content, speechwriting, and other technical writing.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and find new ways to showcase content that fits the designated audience.
- Review and edit copy for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage content calendar planning and execution to support departmental objectives and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
- Understanding of writing for digital, social, SEO, and content optimization.
- Provide copy editing and technical writing, government plain language writing experience a plus.
- Implement APA and Chicago Manual of Style rules.
