The ideal candidate will: Have 3–5 years of experience providing IT or application support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments. Possess strong experience with POMSnet MES ; experience with Rockwell or other MES platforms is also desirable. Demonstrate a solid understanding of GMP manufacturing processes , batch records, workflows, and data capture requirements. Support system configurations , recipe management , and user access controls . Be capable of troubleshooting system errors , application issues , and coordinating with vendors for technical support . Understand ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management). Have basic SQL knowledge for data queries and issue analysis. Document system processes, configurations , and incident resolution procedures clearly and accurately. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills , and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
