TITLE: Management Information Specialist
SALARY: accepting bids, No Benefits
LOCATION: San Pablo
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
STATUS: CONTRACT
The Management Information Specialist is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, supporting staff on individual computer and network use, knowledge of phone systems, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and managing the network.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Manage network;
Maintain and troubleshoot agency computer systems;
Support staff on software, the network, email system and databases;
Install and maintain hardware and software;
Perform regular backups of the computer network.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree or three years experience in PC systems administration;
· Proven ability to solve problems and work well with other staff members;
· Proven ability to work well independently;
· Ability to attain and maintain DOJ background clearance;
· Communicate technical knowledge to non-technical users.
