Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to attorneys and senior paralegals, ensuring they are able to carry out their duties. You will communicate with attorneys and clients, draft correspondence and legal pleading. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and attorneys
• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
• Maintain and update documentation
• Provide general administrative support

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with document management experience
• Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
