As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be supporting production at our Kellogg’s Omaha, NE facility by filling in for our leaders and managing unique and impactful projects! This role will be fast paced, agile, and flexible to business needs as you play a key role in delivering maintenance programs and processes essential to our plant operations! Have a passion for jumping in and keeping things moving? Let’s talk! You will develop and motivate teams, be the go-to person for immediate leadership relief, and work on a variety of projects that identify opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively produce great food. This will be a relief supervisor position, so the ability to work any shift as needed is critical.

• \n Setting the Pace – Help to maintain work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability. Because of your organizational skills and strategic thinking, we’ll drive toward the future with confidence.

• \n Driving Efficiency - Use problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve or mitigate maintenance issues. You’ll take particular care in diagnosing issues and hammering out successful solutions.

• \n Impacting Results - Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principles.
\n\t
• \n Taking a New Angle - Identify, implement and document maintenance and reliability best practices. By guiding us toward methods that work, you’ll help us aim for excellence every day.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• High school diploma or GED and related work experience
\n\t
• Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software
\n\t
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
\n\t
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
\n\t
• Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment
\n\t
• Ability to work any shift as needed depending on the needs of the business.
