Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care Oxford, FT Days, UHS Primary Care Oxford

United Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care Oxford, FT Days to join our Family Practice Oxford department at UHS Primary Care Oxford in Oxford, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Salary Range

$19.34 - $27.08 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.

Early-career candidates may qualify for up to $12,500 in tuition forgiveness.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.

• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing

License/Certification

• Minimum Required:
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines
• Preferred:
• Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
