Under the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager, assists with direction of the Front End Lead(s) (if applicable) and sales associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Support Lead is responsible for all key functions of the store as directed. The Support Lead is also responsible to “Wow the Customer”, assist with front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.

This means that you not only deliver in your role as the Support Lead, but you also model leadership behaviors and deliver as a manager on duty. As the Manager on Duty, you deliver results during your assigned time, drive key performance indicators and brand loyalty by leading through your team. QUALIFICATIONS:
The pay range for this position is ($16.00-$16.25 per hour). Pay may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; educational background and geographic locations. Dependent on the position offered, benefits, bonus and incentive payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total
compensation package.
