What You'll Do As an HR Intern, you'll provide support to all Human Resources functions for Holdings including training, recruiting and general HR functions. Working closely with the HR Leadership team, you'll be responsible for calendar management, recruiting administration, employee onboarding and employee data management.
- Support various functions of HR.
- Support and assist with Onboarding of New Hires.
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. (I-9 Audit)
- Assist with tracking new hires, processing backgrounds, requesting equipment and other new hire set up activities.
- Assist with assigning training content as needed.
- Support other HR functions as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table - Client service mindset
- Currently enrolled in accredited bachelor's degree program in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential or sensitive data.
- Time Management and Organizational skills
- Exceptional partnering skills - comfortable working with and coordinating with a wide variety of people with a strong sense of urgency.
- Moderate to Advance Excel skills (sorting, printing, formatting)
- Good organizational and time management skills
