Job Description

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an HR Consultant for its client in Grand Rapids, MI. The person will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on HR strategies, process improvement, and compliance. The consultant will utilize HR metrics, create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support various HR functions. This position is for a 6-month contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct HR metrics and analysis, tracking key data such as employee turnover, recruitment performance, and other HR indicators.

· Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies.

· Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

· Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.

· Conduct HR audits to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.

· Prepare detailed reports and presentations using MS Office tools, ensuring accurate and effective communication of HR data and recommendations.

· Train and support clients on HR best practices and systems.

· Assist with HR project management, ensuring timely completion aligned with client goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

·7+ years of experience in Human Resources or within a similar role.

· Proficiency in MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting.

· Strong knowledge of HR metrics, SOP development, and HR compliance.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
