Description:

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
• Ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality control.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to support overall production goals.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using production management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to production emergencies as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including noise and temperature variations.
