Join our team as a Hotel Security Agent, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees. Your responsibilities will include patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and controlling access points to ensure safety and security.

Desired Availability: Monday to Friday, including Weekends (3 PM - 11 PM)

General Responsibilities:

•Patrol property and monitor surveillance equipment to secure premises and personnel.

•Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to prevent losses and damage.

•Inform violators of policy and procedures and restrain trespassers as necessary.

•Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

•Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Desired Skills and Experiences:

•Must be over 21 years of age.

•Possession of a Valid PSO or Guard Card (PSO Preferred).

•CPR First Aid training required.

•Professional attitude with a focus on hospitality.

•Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

•Strong report writing and communication skills.

•Capable of handling stressful situations with professionalism.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this job include standing and walking for the duration of the shift (8 hours or longer), as well as stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Additionally, employees may be required to do various tasks, including operating a computer or answering a telephone. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance is necessary.

Pay Frequency:

Bi-weekly

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday, Weekends (3 PM - 11 PM)

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

2 years of Customer Service (Preferred)

2 years of Security experience (Required)

License/Certification:

Guard Card (Preferred)
