Hotel Front Desk Agent – Full-Time (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Full-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role requires full schedule flexibility and the ability to provide exceptional guest service across all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and mornings as needed.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, managing reservations, and delivering a welcoming experience that reflects the standards of our property.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Full-Time Availability with Full Flexibility – No set schedules. Must be available to work varying days and shifts.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required. No exceptions.
Evening Availability – 2–3 shifts per week, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (any day, including weekends).
Overnight Availability – 2–3 shifts per week, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (any day, including weekends).
Morning Availability (as needed) – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
Manage online and phone reservations.
Verify payments and credit card information.
Register guests and maintain accurate records of stays, bookings, and payments.
Maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role.
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (experience with property management software preferred).
Knowledge of travel booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor).
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Starting at $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
