BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT — (PJA2) Level 3A (
PAY $23.55 PER HOUR/1 FTE
Non-Clinical Programs and Development, Presentation, and Evaluation
Collaborate in developing training and peer workforce support programs by gathering data, identifying goals, developing action plans, performing referrals and follow-up, evaluating programs, and coordinating with other professionals.
Training Education
Assist in development of program content in a focal area through literature review and research. Deliver content to a variety of interested parties. Evaluate programs to determine the effectiveness of programs in meeting needs.
Consultation Services
Provide consultation services by data gathering and contracting. Serve as a content expert regarding the consultation area. Facilitate/mediate during consultations. Participate in outcome evaluation and follow-up.
Human Resources Management
May provide directions to support staff.
Financial Management
Minimal financial management
Administrative Responsibilities
Address customer service issues. Implement strategic action plan. Ensure quality in program delivery. Collaborate with community programs to develop and deliver programs, education, and outreach.
