Wadsworth Glass Inc in El Sobrante, CA is actively seeking a full-time Glass / Window Installer to complete window fabrication and installation services for our clients. Our Glass / Window Installers typically work Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with occasional Saturdays . This position comes with a competitive wage of $32-$36 an hour , based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GLASS / WINDOW INSTALLER
In this position, you provide safe, speedy, and accurate service to our clients. With great attention to detail, you complete finished projects by installing windows, doors, storefronts, glass railings, custom shower enclosures, specialty glass, and mirrors. You maintain professionalism at all times and ensure clean safe company vehicles and job sites. After jobs are completed, you follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
As an experienced worker, you take responsibility for the training development and safety of technician assistants. You do this by providing detailed instructions equal to their current ability and training. To promote growth and development, you hold yourself accountable, overcome obstacles in the field, and solve problems. You stay organized by keeping track of all assigned company assets, including measuring and communicating material shortages and change orders as needed. Additionally, you lend a helping hand in the warehouse by performing product checks as well as customer pick-up repairs and replacements. Seeing the results of your excellent craftsmanship and training gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
QUALIFICATIONS
