Full stack UX/UI Designer foran immediate contract engagement with our government client.
Job Description :
We're looking for a versatile designer with a solid background in both user experience and user interface design. You'll be comfortable with creating everything from initial wireframes to polished prototypes and have experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is important, and any experience with React is a plus. You'll also be expected to have some familiarity with design principles for responsive and adaptive websites, along with an understanding of accessibility standards.
Your role will involve conducting user research, testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements. A basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and the .NET framework is necessary, as is experience with modeling languages like UML. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Azure DevOps will help you thrive in this position.
You'll be seen as a storyteller who can use data-driven insights to influence design decisions and improve user engagement. We value those with hands-on development experience, though it's not a strict requirement. You'll work closely with various teams, from development to product and business, ensuring that your designs are aligned with overall project goals. Your ability to work independently and adapt to different challenges will be key.
