Radians Inc. is hiring for motivated, and positive individuals to join our team as an
Order Fulfillment Specialist . In this role you will handle warehousing, stocking, and order management elements to include order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory organization.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity must be able to operate the Cherry/Order Picker and Reach Truck. Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Processing incoming orders.
- Managing the order fulfillment and shipping process.
- Pick product, pack orders, load and create shipping labels.
- Palletizing, pulling orders, operating forklift.
- Audits products picked for accuracy and routes to the proper departments for final processing.
- Provides support for all areas of the operation.
- Performs cycle counting.
- Pulls and packs orders for shipments.
- Operates forklifts, when applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment, with ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
- Good communication skills
- PC literate (MS Office) required.
- Simple math skills, including ability to use mathematics to solve problems.
- Ability to operate the Cherry/Order Picker and Reach Truck
- Ability to operate RF Scan Gun
- Ability to read work order, instructions formulas or processing charts.
- Ability to package goods for shipment or storage; wrap products, measure, weigh, or count products or materials.
- Ability to use hand and/or power tools.
