Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: JACKSON, MO

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform all duties on the production lines to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Follow safety, quality, and production policies and procedures daily.
• Engage in various tasks such as packing, stacking, and inspecting products.
• Participate in training sessions led by Shift Leaders and Quality Leaders.
• Adapt to changing tasks and projects throughout the workday.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime when required.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and bending.
• Strong commitment to quality and teamwork.
