As PA to the Founder of a successful business, you'll manage and execute projects & tasks ranging from assisting on personal matters including travel & event planning, office administration, inventory management, property management, and organizing family schedules/logistics. Our firm's culture is dynamic and team-oriented, and we are seeking someone excited and comfortable within our fluid environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs in a dynamic environment. This position requires discretion, strong communication, and hands‑on problem‑solving skills. Oversee daily operations and office administration for our lean, ~15‑person office located in Flatiron Coordinate and manage appointments and overall calendar cadence/scheduling in partnership with our Founder's Chief of Staff Strong attention to detail and organization required Valid drivers license is required Must be comfortable two loving dogs – our Founder's 9‑year‑old Boxer Homer and his younger brother Gus!
