Position Overview
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless replenishment of materials across the factory floor. This position involves operating industrial equipment, maintaining material handling tools, and loading/unloading trailers to support production activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and drive electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices.
2. Safely move products, equipment, and materials within the warehouse, storage yard, or factory.
3. Maneuver lifting apparatus to position, transport, and place loads in designated areas.
4. Replenish weld booths and assembly areas with necessary materials.
5. Support continuous improvement efforts in safety, ergonomics, quality, production, parts presentation, maintenance, and materials management.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand, bend, stoop, walk, and kneel for extended periods.

Required Skills

• Valid drivers license and a minimum age of 18.
• Proven experience operating forklifts (Taylor Dunn experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email.
• Excellent attendance and safety records, adherence to company policies, and a strong performance history.

Shift Details

• Hours: MondayFriday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (2nd Shift).
• Overtime: Required as needed, including Saturdays and some holidays.
