Location: US:WI:WEST BEND at our CP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTER facility.

Shift: 1st
Schedule: Scheduled hours between 7:00 am - 6:30 pm on Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm on Friday, and 7:30 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday. Possible occasional closing shift until 8:00 pm at the West Bend clinic. Float needs to travel to all West Bend region clinic lab sites - West Bend, Hartford, Kewaskum, Jackson, Pleasant Valley, Germantown, Port Washington and Mequon.

Job Summary:
Responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service and provides general office support in a clinic setting. Other Duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
One to two years of healthcare experience with customer service-related experience in lieu of preferred education above.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Formal training in phlebotomy, Medical Assistant training or equivalent or Health Unit Coordinator diploma is preferred.

ASCP certification preferred
