You will work closely with event managers, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality events that meet client expectations. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management. Help manage event budgets, ensuring costs stay within allocated limits. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all materials and equipment are prepared and functioning. Handle administrative tasks related to events, including paperwork and coordination. Attend events to ensure everything runs smoothly and provide on-site support. Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during events. Qualifications Qualifications: Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other event management tools. A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management or a related field is a plus.
