As a Part-Time Help Desk professional, your duties will include but not be limited to:

1. Providing first-level contact and conveying resolutions to customer issues.
2. Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
3. Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources.
4. Utilizing excellent customer service skills and exceeding customers’ expectations.
5. Ensuring proper recording, documentation, and closure of trouble tickets as you grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.
