Job Summary:

This position handles the daily scheduling of all service calls and the facilitation of service schedule revisions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all approved service estimates, follow-up work, and additional customer-requested services.
  • Obtain real-time updates on parts availability and job duration estimates.
  • Coordinate technician schedules and ensure accurate job assignments
  • Regularly update the scheduling board with any changes or availability updates.
  • Monitor and revise technician schedules as needed to ensure efficiency and accommodate last-minute changes
  • Provide real-time updates on any scheduling changes to relevant team members.
  • Notify customers promptly of any schedule revisions or changes to quoted time slots, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Update the phone portal weekly to switch the phone number for the on-call technician, ensuring after-hours support is properly routed.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors, ensuring flexibility and support to the team as time allows.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 5+ years of dispatching experience (in a trades environment)
  • Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
  • Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm
  • Tact and patience in dealing with various personalities and sensitive issues

Working Conditions:

  • Remote Role - working hours are 7:30am-5pm MST Mon.-Fri.
  • Company provided computer, headset, multi displays, and embedded phone system

The pay for this position is $18-$22/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
