As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing strategy, automation, segmentation, and performance analysis. Experience with Klaviyo is highly preferred. This role will also contribute to other marketing initiatives to support overall business growth. We are located in Indianapolis and the candidate will work in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage and optimize automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing within Klaviyo.
• Write compelling email copy, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Design and edit email templates for mobile and desktop responsiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Maintain email lists while ensuring compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align email initiatives with broader campaigns.
• Stay up to date with email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and Klaviyo feature updates.

• Assist team with various marketing activities as needed

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or B2B industries.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and analytics.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization (a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in B2B marketing, e-commerce, or cybersecurity is a plus.
