Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office, of the Executive Division (Division), within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the SSM I (Specialist) will independently perform the most difficult and sensitive functions and coordination for the EEO Office. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting investigations, accommodation and disability services, enforcing policy, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, statutes, legal orders, decisions, mandates, rules, and policies for the Department.
