Collister Construction is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Finishers to join our growing team. We are looking to hire in the Buffalo area. Responsibilities

• Apply joint compound to seams, corners, and screw holes to create a smooth surface, fixing nicks and dings are important.
• Tape joints and corners with drywall tape to ensure a seamless finish.
• Sand finished surfaces to achieve a uniform texture and smoothness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration.
• Cutting rolling walls must be skilled at cutting in very well against ceiling trim.
• Must be skilled at caulking
• Must be very dependable and reliable on a day to day basis for your shift

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher ( Photos )
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with drywall finishing.
• This is a long term position, not short term job opportunity. You must be very reliable respectful, dress with the appropriate work attire as requested by the employer.
• Experience running box's is a plus
• Able to finish to a Level 4 and Level 5 finish
