The Transportation Dispatcher is responsible for working directly with our drivers to ensure safe, efficient and friendly service delivery in accordance with company, state and federal regulations. Oversees all transportation activities including delivery and account processing as well as dispatching, driver recruitment and hiring. Mentoring and development, corrective action and disciplinary process. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. The Transportation Dispatcher works closely with Fleet Maintenance/Transportation Manager, Warehouse Director and Human Resources Dept as part of an overall compliance team. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Bilingual is preferred.

Provides clerical support to the transportation team. The Transportation Dispatcher will provide support to the transportation department through data entry, (filing, copies of required forms, employment verification for CDL drivers, monitoring the hours of service for drivers, monitoring GPS, etc.) misc. clerical duties as assigned.
