Seeking a dispatcher to support our trucking operations team which dispatches 35+ route drivers throughout California.
Our dispatcher’s must be able to :
- Assist drivers in locating or confirming pick-up and/or delivery addresses.
- Communicate with call center to schedule pick-ups.
- Communicate with donors regarding specific pick-up instructions and/or confirming address location.
- Make outbound calls to donors for courtesy follow-up.
- Work 30+ hours per week based on business needs.
- Work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday 8am – 2:30pm
