ARM Group LLC is looking for a self-driven and experienced Director of Engineering (Land Development) who has a strong business acumen and embodies an ownership mentality, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships, prepare proposals, and effectively manage the development, design, permitting and project management of multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be highly motivated, resourceful, and a well-organized cooperative producer and manager who enjoys mentoring new engineers and developing collaborative teams.
The successful candidate will provide technical, permitting, and project management expertise on a variety of land development projects to include commercial, residential, mixed use, and industrial. Areas of emphasis include site design, roadway design, utility design, grading and erosion control plans, stormwater prevention plans, and water quality BMP design. The Director of Engineering will effectively collaborate with a team of multi-disciplined engineers, scientists, project managers, CAD designers, GIS analysts, and other staff to best service our client’s needs.
