Job Description

As a leading dental practice in Hampton, NH we are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Office professional to join our team and train to be our Treatment Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grown into a great career! As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for reception, scheduling, and treatment coordination and ensuring a seamless patient experience from start to finish, but we will train you in this and more!

Responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • Review treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures, fees, and insurance coverage
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and treatment sequences
  • Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
  • Discuss financial arrangements and payment options with patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Dental Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
  • Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Desire to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 7:20 am - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:20 am - 6:00 pm
  • Thursday: 6:20 am - 12:00 pm

Will make sure you get 40 hours a week
