MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE
Our family owned and well-established dental practice is looking for just the right person to add to our front desk team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hospitality, patient and/dental experience and be willing to learn new things. Other requirements are to have a can-do attitude, be flexible, reliable, open and honest. Great computer, phone, and multi-tasking skills are a must, but we can train you in all the other skills if you are the right person for our team. A dental background is preferred but not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answer Incoming Calls
• Schedule Patients
• Check Patients In And Out
• Facilitate Patient Flow
• Confirm Patients As Needed
• Monitor Incoming Email
• Act As a Liaison Between The Patients, Doctors, and Office Manager
• General Office Duties

REQUIREMENTS * Excellent Computer Skills With Microsoft And Outlook

• Be Able To Multitask Seamlessly
• Minimum Of 1-Year Dental Office Experience
• Superior Customer Service Skills
• Word and Excel Knowledge a Plus
