Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in a Customer Support / Customer Success position
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA or BS degree preferred
- HR Tech experience is a plus but not necessary
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Adaptable to new initiatives
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with Apploi customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with the platform
- Become a platform expert to provide solutions based training, consultation, and support
- Lead online trainings, reviews, and one-on-one conversations to educate customers on the features of our platform
- Help manage and maintain how-to guides and customer support resources within Apploi's Help Center
- Maintain an understanding of customers' recruiting and employee placement strategies
- Collaborate with Onboarding Managers and Support Specialists to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Partner with the Account Management team to determine upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Serve as an escalation point for customers on key issues
- Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to influence future product roadmaps
