*SCOUTING FOR FALL 2024 ROLE*

Location: 100% on-site SF Bay Area

Type: Full-Time Contract (3 month initial booking)

Print Designer Must-Haves:

• Experienced layout designer
• Expert in InDesign and Typography
• Stellar eye for detail
• Minimum 5 years experience in a print-focused Design role
• Minimum 5 years of CURRENT HANDS ON execution Design experience
• Comfortable with being in the hot seat, designing real-time in the studio with team and leadership
• Background can be a combination of agency/in-house at a B2C retail brand
• Proficiency required in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, print production/prepress basic knowledge, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office
• Mastery of typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, color, and composition
• Degree in Design

The Job:

• Work closely with Leadership, SVP Creative, and Creative Directors to present work, receive feedback, and execute changes
• Concept and execute the brand's visual aesthetic from existing brand guidelines
• Lead a team of designers to update and implement brand visuals across platforms during brand expansions and changes
• Present innovative ideas to improve aspects of the brand's identity by creating new Print layouts
• Design page layouts for seasonal sourcebooks, magazine advertisements, PR collateral, and other print design projects
• Manage design assets created by other internal teams, ensuring brand standards
