D&F Plumbing, Heating and Cooling in Vancouver, WA is looking for a motivated and trainable team player to join our company as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking someone with a friendly and pleasant personality who enjoys speaking on the phone, is patient with customers and coworkers, can make some sales, and is confident in stressful situations.

This customer service and sales role comes with opportunities for growth . This office position earns $18 - $23 per hour , based on experience, as well as many competitive bonuses.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you maintain a high level of professionalism and patience as your work with coworkers and customers alike. When we receive incoming calls, you answer them and handle service questions, scheduling, payments, billing issues, and general customer concerns. As you speak with our clients, you identify and assess their needs to find the best solution, sharing information and recommending our products/services to meet their needs. You build positive rapport and trust with our customers that keeps them coming back.
Based on the schedules of our team and the needs of our clients, you schedule appointments and dispatch technicians to each job. You keep accurate and thorough records of each service and customer interaction. If a customer has any complaints, you help resolve the issue. Additionally, you complete a variety of other office duties, such as responding to emails, processing proposals, filing, and more. You love ensuring that our customers are happy with the services they receive!
WORK SCHEDULE
The part-time schedule involves managing overflow calls for approximately 20-25 hours per week. Additionally, there are potential work-from-home opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Someone that is used to hitting benchmarks and working off of bonuses is preferred, but not required. Are you an excellent communicator with great phone skills? Do you learn quickly?
