The Controller will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all financial information. The person should enjoy working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment.  We are looking for a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type of manager who is comfortable living in the details and has the ability to understand the big picture.

Your Impact

• Prepare, review and finalize monthly financial statements and present to PTx Controllership and Finance teams in support of sales volume, cost understanding, and variance analysis
• Ensures compliance with all Corporate Policies, SOX controls and U.S GAAP
• Drive for efficiencies and optimization of overall finance support utilizing new system tools and functionalities while ensuring financial integrity is maintained at all times in all reporting systems
• Supervision of and responsibility for training, providing guidance, and oversight for the Precision Planting Accounting Team
• Oversee all functions of accounting systems including general ledger and the preparation of the monthly financial statements
• Provide leadership to successful implementation of a new ERP across all Precision Planting sites

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 7+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Solid financial knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Cost Accounting

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $65,000-$127,000, based on experience. (If applicable add) This position is eligible for a bonus based on 10% of compensation.
