Job Description

The Waverly Group in Greenwich, CT is seeking child/adolescent psychologists or post-doc fellows for our thriving multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice. Your Role: As a Psychologist at Waverly Group, you will: Provide individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD and other behavioral concerns. Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to guide treatment and educational planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans and ensure coordinated care. Communicate regularly with families and schools to share insights, recommendations, and progress. Maintain detailed and confidential client case notes and reports. What We're Looking For: A doctoral-level psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for treating anxiety and depression in children. Experience with psychoeducational testing is highly preferred. Early-career professionals eager to learn, grow, and work as part of a collaborative team. Connecticut-licensed psychologists or those eligible for licensure. Post-doctoral interns will receive supervision toward licensure. 2+ years of experience working with pediatric populations is a plus. Strong communication, flexibility, and leadership skills are essential. Why Join Us?
