Location: Bemidji, MN

Shift: Day

Job Schedule: Full-time

Weekly Hours: 40.00

Salary Range: $32 - $48

Your Role

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing, planning, coordinating, teaching, and evaluating education and training programs.
• Developing innovative educational methodologies based on learning principles.
• Collaborating with clinical partners, educational facilities, and community agencies to enhance curriculum.
• Managing orientation and ongoing professional development for clinical staff and partners.
• Coordinating schedules and providing skills immersion and lab experiences.
• Offering feedback, coaching, and mentorship to ensure continuous growth.
• Monitoring and evaluating programs for quality improvement opportunities.
• Building strong alliances with department leaders and community agencies.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s degree in nursing or a clear education plan to achieve it within three years of hire.
• A graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in your state of practice.
• Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
