POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Client Strategist is a pivotal role within the Nymbus Labs team. This role is entrusted with developing and executing marketing strategies that drive success for our Nymbus Labs clients.

As a Marketing Client Strategist, you will be at the forefront of our collaborative efforts, working with multi-functional teams to research, develop, communicate, and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our clients' organizational and growth goals.

The Marketing Client Strategist will also serve as a key contact between our clients and Nymbus Labs and oversee and manage client relationships and communications during various stages of their engagement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the day-to-day client account and invests in building strategic relationships with clients
  • Ensuring marketing strategies align with the overall business strategy and client goals
  • Researching and collaborating with teams to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns
  • Providing analysis and recommendations to the marketing and creative teams to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns, monitoring performance, and making adjustments to optimize results
  • Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure remarkable execution of marketing campaigns and alignment with client goals and strategies
  • Manage timelines and campaign deliverables to ensure commitments and goals are met
  • Recap marketing performance and distribute insights and reports for executive teams and client partners

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passionate about the financial industry, marketing, innovation, and technology
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years hands-on experience with finance, e-commerce, and
    digital marketing
  • Experience in coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns and acquiring customers across various acquisition channels
  • Understanding of the digital environment and platforms used to measure and track performance
  • Knowledge in various digital, email, and web analytics and tools, with an emphasis on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GA Certified preferred)
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and leverage data to identify marketing opportunities for growth
  • Versatile and able to lead marketing initiatives while having a deep attention to detail when executing the work
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Can work independently and is a self-starter and highly motivated individual
  • Driven by results and client success

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • $80,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary
  • Annual Cash Bonus and Equity Options commensurate with the role level and experience
