Job Responsibilities: Investment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's goals. Identify potential investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence. Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead and manage M&A activities including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution. Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential acquisitions, including financial analysis and valuation. Risk Management: Assess and manage investment risks, ensuring thorough risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Post-Investment Management: Oversee the performance of acquired assets and investments, ensuring they meet financial and strategic objectives. Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and direction to junior team members, ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Fluency in both Chinese and English, excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in investment management, managing multiple projects, with a strong track record in M&A and project investment. In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and post-investment management. Exceptional commercial insight and the ability to understand complex business environments.
