Job Responsibilities & Description for Billing / Customer Service Rep: - Handle and redirect incoming calls
- Assists with billing
- Process any mailed in bills
- AR/AP Duties
- Maintain filing and update spreadsheets
- Assist any customers over the phone or through email
- Process payments
- Provide billing documents to clients
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Resolving customer problems
- Basic data entry
Job Requirements for Billing / Customer Service Rep: - Strong computer skills
- Work in fast paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to be a team player and work collaboratively with others
- AR/AP & billing experience
- Office based customer service experience
- Strong customer service skills
- High school diploma/ GED
- Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) recommended
