About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in aligning technology strategy with business goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, responsible for developing and executing the company's IT strategy to support long-term business objectives. This includes managing and mentoring a team of 10 IT professionals, ensuring the stability, security, and availability of all IT systems, and proactively addressing and resolving IT issues. The CIO will also serve as a key advisor to the Owner/Operator on all technology-related matters and will be expected to maintain a 24/7 on-call availability to ensure smooth technology operations. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a proven track record of crafting and executing strategic IT initiatives, with the ability to handle technical issues in a hands-on manner. The role requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt and excel under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a background in a performance-based organization, experience supporting mid-market companies, and a strong leadership background. A tenure of 4+ years at previous companies is essential, and experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment is a must.
