Chief Executive Officer – High Growth Roofing Services Platform - Private Equity
Our client is a leading roofing services enterprise that is in a mode of rapid growth and expansion. The company is known for providing best-in-class services within the industry and for providing a suite of exterior home services to their customer base. This organization is backed by a prominent private equity sponsor who is committed to investing in building out infrastructure and introducing process to support organic and acquisitive growth before ultimately taking the company through a sale process.
The Chief Executive Officer will help develop and execute the overall strategy of this organization, and will lead the day-to-day operations of the business with full P&L oversight. As CEO, you will work closely with the private equity sponsor to execute on the investment thesis of building out a scalable organization while driving out cost and increasing profitability as the business scales. The position requires a strong suite of experience across sales, marketing, operations and M&A integration within a residential home services context, with a strong preference towards roofing services. You will have proven experience in building a high-performing, results-oriented team and will have led a transformation of an entrepreneurial company into a professional, process-driven organization. The CEO will be involved at all levels of the organization and will be as comfortable in the board room as out in the field. This role requires a high-energy, hands-on leader who can implement best practices and lead from the front.
