What does the Category Commercial Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? Category Commercial Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing a specific product category within Swire Coca-Cola. You will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive revenue, market share, and profitability. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, sales, and leadership skills to achieve and exceed business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives executing category performance analysis. Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate category performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions continuously improving category's performance. Strong sales and marketing acumen to drive revenue and profitability within the category working closely with the brand teams to develop marketing plans, campaigns, and execution strategies to drive category growth. Negotiate, monitor performance, and manage relationships to maximize category performance and manage the product portfolio within the category, including product selection, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with the internal team to identify new opportunities and execution tactics in innovation launch. Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis, customer preferences, and industry trends, to identify opportunities and challenges within the category. Using data analytics and tools to make data-driven decisions and continuously improving category's performance. Create and manage the category budget, forecast sales, and analyze profitability, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation. Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including product managers, marketing professionals, and sales representatives. Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to achieve category goals. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field required. 6+ years Strategy development with strong preference to beverage or fast-moving CPG industry required. 4+ years Driving cross-functional teamwork and project management required. Data analytic platform experience such as Power Bi, Tableau, etc. required.
